Courier Delivery:

Free flower delivery for orders of $120 and above for most areas of Singapore (except the following-mentioned), else a $20 delivery fee applies.

For CBD areas, free flower delivery for orders of $200 and above, else a $30 of delivery fee applies.

For Sentosa areas, free flower delivery for orders of $250 and above, else a $35 of delivery fee applies.

We are unable to deliver flowers and gifts to:

  • All military bases
  • Airports
  • PSA (Free Freight Zone)
  • All off-shore islands except Sentosa
  • Restricted areas requiring access permission e.g. Government Buildings
  • Tuas Areas

Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, including:

  • Wrong delivery address
  • Recipient unavailable at time of delivery
  • Refusal to accept delivery


In such cases, we will do our best to arrange re-delivery, which may be subject to an additional fee.

Some items may require longer preparation time and delivery will be made slightly later than scheduled. This is to ensure freshness and quality of flowers delivered to you.

Our Commitment

At CA Flowers & Gifts, we take pride in preparing fresh flowers, preserved arrangements, and gift items to the highest standard. Should any issue arise, we’re committed to resolving it promptly and fairly.

Returns & Refund Eligibility

Because fresh flowers are perishable, we’re unable to accept returns after delivery. If there’s an issue with your order, just reach out and we’ll make it right.

However, you may be eligible for a replacement, partial refund, or store credit if:

  • The item delivered is damaged or wilted upon arrival
  • You received the wrong item
  • The arrangement is significantly different from what was ordered

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. Please Include: Order number + photos + description of issue.

Resolution Options

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • Partial or full refund
  • Store credit for future orders
  • Replacement of the item

Our priority is making sure things work out fairly and leave you happy.

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

It will be processed back to your original payment method.

Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Delivery Issues

We will not accept responsibilities for late or non-deliveries under the following conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete address was provided
  • Recipient is not at the address during delivery
  • No valid contact number for the recipient was given, and we cannot reach anyone to arrange delivery
  • Refusal to accept delivery

In such cases, we will do our best to arrange re-delivery, which may be subject to an additional fee.

Cancellation

  • Please contact us via call or WhatsApp for any cancellation requests
  • A 10% admin charge will be levied for cancellations made at least 2 days before the delivery date.
  • A 50% charge will be levied for cancellations made in less than 2 days before the delivery date.
  • For cancellation request received less than 24 hours before the delivery time slot, no refund will be issued.

Change of Particulars

  • Please contact us via phone call or WhatsApp for any change of particulars such as address, card message, delivery schedule, etc. Changes must be made at least 24 hours before delivery.
  • Surcharges may apply for change of particulars in less than 24 hours before selected delivery slot.
